Who is Data Connections, Inc.
Since 1984, Data Connections,
Inc. has specialized in helping customers organize and manage their computer
equipment with the use of keyboard-video-mouse (KVM) switches and extension
products, technical computer furniture, LAN equipment cabinets, computer
racks and power protection equipment.
Being a certified, factory-trained reseller of both Avocent and Raritan KVM
switches, Data Connections, Inc. is proud to be "The KVM
Specialists". When you select a product from the website, Data Connections, Inc.
shows "Related Items", offering all items that work in tandem with the selected product.

Warranty Information
- All Vendors
Data Connections, Inc. sells only brand new product. You will receive your purchase in the original manufacturer packaging
with their warranty information enclosed. All products carry Standard Warranties from their respective Manufacturers. Data
Connections, Inc. will support any warranty claim you may have with the original manufacturer, for the duration of the
warranty period, as long as you are the original customer of the product purchased from Data Connections, Inc. Warranty
periods vary in length by manufacturer, and are subject to their terms.

- Orders received before 2 PM EST will be processed on the same business
day, and will typically ship within 1 to 2 business days (depending on
product availability).
- Orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed the same business day or
the following business day, and will typically ship within 1 to 3 business
days (depending on product availability).
- Some products may have longer lead times for shipping.
- When you place your order you will be e-mailed an Order Acknowledgement.

Data Connections, Inc. currently offers a variety of shipping methods such as:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day
Select - (Guaranteed by UPS by end of day -- 3 days after shipping)
UPS 2nd Day
Air - (Guaranteed by UPS by end of day -- 2 days after shipping)
UPS 2nd Day
Air A.M. - (Guaranteed by UPS by 12:00 noon -- 2 days after
shipping)
UPS Next Day
Air Saver - (Guaranteed by UPS by 3:00 P.M. -- 1 day after shipping)
UPS Next Day
Air - (Guaranteed by UPS by 10:30 A.M. -- 1 day after shipping)
All LAN Furniture and Cabinets will ship via Motor Freight
When you provide your shipping address please make sure it is a physical address (no PO boxes please) and
is a valid shipping address. Also make sure there is a phone number where you can be reached during the day in case there is a delivery problem.
All shipping prices are our very best estimates and typically represent the actual final shipping charge. However, if the actual shipping charge is significantly larger than the estimated charge, we will increase the shipping charge and contact you before shipping the order, to get your approval. If you do not respond, we can't ship out the order.

International Orders
Data Connections, Inc. is more than happy to ship anywhere in the world. Data
Connections, Inc. currently offers a variety of shipping methods such as:
- UPS Standard
- UPS Worldwide Expedited (if available)
- UPS Worldwide Express (if available)
- UPS Worldwide Express Plus (if available)
- Lyndon Air (freight fowarder)
Shipment time varies between 4-14 days, depending on the selected shipping method and on your location.
Your package may be held up in customs and may take longer to be delivered than we estimate.
International shipments might be subject to Duty, Brokerage fee, G.S.T., P.S.T. and other import taxes which will be collected from you by the shipping company upon delivery.
Data Connections, Inc. has no control over these charges and does not collect them. These charges are typically based on the value of the product.

computes domestic rates, so please

I got a package, but it isn't what I ordered, now what do I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please
contact us so we can correct the error. Indicate the order number and the items you believe to have mistakenly
received. Make sure to provide all available information on the product, including brand name, name, and part number
(all should be read off the product). We will respond to you as soon as possible.

I need to return an item, how do I do this?

If an item as been damaged in shipping:
Refuse delivery. If you have already accepted delivery --

The product I've received doesn't work, it appears to be defective:
You will need to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from
Data Connections, Inc. in order to return a product.

What kind of Credit Cards do you accept?

When will my credit card be charged?
Your Credit Card will be charged when we receive the order. We do this mainly to
make sure there is not a problem with the Credit Card before we ship the product.

When will I be credited for a return?
You will receive credit once the Manufacturer has received the returned items back into inventory.
If you ordered with a Credit Card a credit will be applied to the number you
provided. Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks to complete.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
For all product shipping within the states of North Carolina, South
Carolina and California, yes. If you are located in these three states the appropriate Sales
Tax will be applied at checkout.

Can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?
A receipt/invoice is mailed out when the order ships. If you need another copy please fill out our
